The Fine Print-- Please Read
<> $500 (Visa or Master Card) deposit required to reserve a
unit.
<> Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
<> Guests are responsible for breakage, soiling,
burns, breakage and stains. A $500 security deposit is placed on the
guests charge card at check-in and removed at check-out unless damages are
done by the guests.
<> Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior
to arrival are refunded $450 of the $500 deposit.
<> 10 night minimum stay required for Christmas/New
Year and President's Day holidays booked more than 2 months prior.
<> All stays under 7 nights have a one time
surcharge ($95 for a studio or 1 bedroom/1 bath, $125 for all others).
<> MOST UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, IF YOU SMOKE IT IS IMPORTANT TO TELL US,
SMOKING IN A NON-SMOKING UNIT HAS A $300 SURCHARGE !!
<> Prices quoted are for 1-2 people in a one bedroom
unit, 1 to 4 people in a two bedroom unit. Additional people where
allowed are $10 per night per person extra. Children under six (6)
months are not charged on the extra person charges
<> Discounts offered for stays of three weeks or
longer
<> Rates do not include state and local taxes which
total 11.42%
<> Rates do not include a separate $25 front desk
booking fee.
<> Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Once final
payment is received, refunds will only be issued if your vacation days can
be re-sold.
