Nani Kai Hale is a six story building positioned directly on quiet Sugar Beach in Maui. Our south-central location is perfect for guests who want to conveniently explore all of Maui.

All vacation condos are ocean-front or ocean-view, fully equipped one or two bedroom units.  Most have two full baths

Relax in a chaise lounge, watch whales frolic in season or take a dip in the heated pool. Watch the sunset from your lanai or join other guests at our beach-front barbecue and dining area. With three gas grills and a patio with tables and chairs oceanfront dining is easy and pleasurable.

Sugar Beach is a sheltered bay enabling beach lovers to swim, play or stroll along 6 miles of sand only yards from our doorstep. Explore Haleakala volcano, Kihei and Wailea towns or golf at world class courses within a few miles.
